A little about me…

My journey into holistic therapies began in the most unexpected way, through some of life’s toughest challenges.

I’ve undergone two open-heart surgeries, experiences that taught me both the fragility and the incredible resilience of the human body.  In my 20s I also faced a personal battle with an eating disorder, which tested my mind and spirit.

Today, I help people create space for healing,  whether they are navigating illness, recovering from emotional struggles, or simply wanting to feel more grounded and whole. My work is rooted in compassion, authenticity, and the belief that everyone’s healing journey is unique.

If my story tells you anything, I hope it’s this: Your body and mind are capable of extraordinary transformations, even after the hardest storms.

My approach

Every person’s healing journey is unique. That’s why I combine practical techniques with intuitive care, creating a safe, welcoming space for you to relax, restore, and reconnect.

  • Outside in nature

  • Journaling or reading something inspiring

  • Experimenting with healthy recipes (with the occasional indulgent dessert!)

  • Spending time with the people who make my heart happy
