Today I had a reiki session with Manpreet. She was amazing! I felt so relaxed from the moment we started, I find it difficult to shut off and relax but Manpreet made it feel easy for me and created a calm and welcoming environment. After the session I felt so calm, at peace and cleansed. She took time to speak to me afterwords and used cards to help me understand my chakras and also personalised aftercare for me. Highly recommend, I have been to a few reiki sessions and Manpreet is by far the best session I have had.

This was my first time to experience a virtual reiki session, Manpreet made me feel very comfortable and checked on me before the session was due to start and the day after which was very thoughtful. I drifted in and out of a meditative state and after the session I felt very relaxed and felt like I had been asleep for a long time even though it was only 30mins, Manpreet mentioned a couple of chakras that seemed partially blocked and we spoke about how I felt and what this related to, the days after I felt very at peace with some clarity, I would definitely have another session to see what comes up next! Thanks Manpreet for the aftercare and making me feel at ease with the session.

I had a distant reiki with Manpreet and I was truly blown away. I did not know that doing reiki distantly is even more powerful. Manpreet is so gifted and she explained everything to me so well. From the minute I had my distant reiki my hands began to tingle and I felt tired all of a sudden. As soon as it was over, I felt lighter already, it was amazing and that night was the best sleep I had in ages. Manpreet advised me that I would be quite emotional or feel like I am getting a cold after, but I felt really light and there were days that I did feel emotional, but I feel so much lighter and grounded than I did before. I feel like I have more clarity and feel like I can deal with certain emotions better, as the week before my emotions were all over the place. Manpreet explains everything so well and even what she saw in my Reiki. From start to finish and aftercare is all explained so amazingly. Manpreet you are truly gifted and thank you so much. Cannot wait to get it done again. Highly recommend.

I had my first distant reiki session with Manpreet and I felt happy and relaxed and I have felt relaxed since. Manpreet explained the emotions or sensations I would feel during and after. I did get a slight headache on the left side of my forehead. Manpreet advised me to allow myself to feel whatever emotions or sensations came up as it's all the energy clearing out. Manpreet explained everything she saw in the Reiki session and the aftecare to follow. I can't wait to get it done again. I highly recommend and Manpreet is an amazing healer.

Manpreet did some much needed distance healing in the form of reiki. As she connected with me, i felt realaxed and felt some energy moving around. I was so relaxed, and once it was over, I felt energised and at peace. My pains subsided, which made me realax too. We spoke afterwards and she told me what she was feeling and I told her what I felt ..absolutely amazing how we connected. Thank you Manpreet for the healing today.

I had an in person reiki session with Manpreet today. I felt really relaxed and felt the energy moving. I could hear meditative sounds in my left ear. Highly recommend if anyone would like to experience reiki.

I had my first in person reiki session with Manpreet. I felt very relaxed and could feel the energy moving around my body. I instantly fell asleep after as I was in a deep state of relaxation. I woke up feeling energised and refreshed. Thank you Manpreet for holding space. You are amazing at what you do.

I'd had a particularly difficult few days and was struggling with anxiety. During my reiki session it wasn't long before I became tearful and could feel my stomach churning. I guess this was working on my anxious feeling in the pit of my stomach. The next couple of days I felt a lot lighter and less anxious. Would definitely like some more sessions.
